Dive into the heart of Manchester and discover the culinary gem that is Sangam.

"Sangam and dance" your way to a dining experience that promises to be a feast for the senses. As you step inside, you're greeted with an ambience that exudes warmth and elegance, with decor that seamlessly blends traditional Indian motifs with contemporary finesse.

The menu is a tantalising journey through the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine. From the succulent king prawn Tikka, marinated with yoghurt, ginger, and a blend of spices, to the Tandoori salmon, delicately grilled after being marinated with lime, cumin, and ginger. The lamb shank, slow-cooked Hyderabadi style, is a revelation, with meat so tender it practically falls off the bone, while the chicken tikka masala, Britain's beloved dish, is a must-try, even if just to unravel its secret recipe.

To elevate your dining experience, indulge in one (or two) of their signature cocktails. The Mojito, a refreshing blend of Bacardi, fresh mint, lime, and brown sugar, is a crowd favourite. And as the cherry on top, or rather, the sweet ending to your meal, the Gulab Jamun, a traditional Indian dessert served with ice cream, is a delightful treat that will leave you craving for more.

Why wait? Make a beeline for Sangam and let your taste buds embark on an unforgettable journey.
