A new and exciting addition to the Chelsea dining scene, BÓHA successfully revamps the food we know and love with an elevated spin that makes us think twice. To truly make you appreciate the stunning flavours, they’ve created a really immersive space. Bare ceilings are so yesterday; now it’s all about luscious fern bowers, hanging beer barrels and crushed velvet lanterns. Welcome to London’s enchanted wood.

The surroundings may have you believing that a magic pixie might leap out at any moment, but the food is there to ground you with homey flavours. Completely seasonal just like ma and pa did it, the starters include the rich flavours of smoked mackerel with tangy Granny Smith apples, Scottish scallop ceviche and crab from the Isle of Portland.

They’re certainly lovers of seafood and it only gets better with their signature halibut fish and chips and Dover sole served with the spritely flavours of capers and lemon. As for meat, they have a treasure trove of dry-aged cuts that include the covetable wagyu fillet and ribeye.

These are the family suppers we know and love, except this piece of nostalgia is faultlessly presented in a beautiful setting.
