In the heart of Chelsea, Villa Mamas brings the sunlit warmth of the Middle East to the table with an elegant, home‑style spirit. The cooking leans on bright flavours and time‑honoured techniques: peppery rocket and jewel‑like pomegranate, tahini’s nutty depth, and the perfume of saffron. It is food that feels both generous and refined, inviting diners to graze, linger and return.

Small plates set the tone. Silky labneh with zaatar and olive oil is made for tearing and dipping, while grilled Cypriot halloumi wears a gloss of olive oil, pomegranate molasses and a flicker of Aleppo chilli. Salads range from the signature Villa Mamas salad to a crisp tumble of Jackson kale and Granny Smith apples with tahini and roasted pine nuts. For mains, comfort meets craft in chicken tahchin, where saffron rice embraces yoghurt-marinated chicken, and in a richly layered moussaka.

To finish, a nostalgic sticky date pudding pairs indulgence with warmth, while saffron ice cream and cotton candy, scattered with pistachio, offer a playful flourish. Fresh, fruit‑forward mocktails such as a mango mule or strawberry mojito keep the conversation bright. Expect a relaxed, convivial rhythm and plates designed for sharing and stories.

Make a date with flavour and let the spices lead the way. Pull up a chair, pass the plates, and let West London whisk you east.
