"My kitchen is your table." It's the philosophy Benihana chefs have lived by since the legendary Rocky Aoki turned Japanese steakhouse cooking into a live show over 60 years ago. At the table, your own chef spins spatulas, sends flames leaping, and slices, dices and cooks every dish right in front of you: equal parts meal and performance, we call it EATertainment. It's a high-spirited scene made for celebrations, with an infectious rhythm of sizzling grills, laughter and flavour-packed dishes.

On the teppan, chicken, sirloin steak with mushrooms and filet mignon meet the heat of the grill, finished with ginger dressing, hibachi vegetables and rice, or paired up in combinations like steak and chicken or steak and prawns for the full show. Ask for Japanese A5 Wagyu or lobster to take things further still. For something lighter, there's prawn tempura and chicken gyoza, alongside pristine sushi and sashimi featuring tuna, salmon and sea bass, plus firm favourites like a tuna or salmon roll and neat two-piece nigiri.
