"My kitchen is your table." It's the philosophy Benihana chefs have lived by since the legendary Rocky Aoki turned Japanese steakhouse cooking into a live show over 60 years ago.

Seated around the grill, your own chef spins spatulas, sends flames leaping, and slices, dices and cooks every dish right in front of you - equal parts meal and performance, a spectacle known as EATertainment. It's a high-spirited scene made for celebrations, with an infectious rhythm of sizzling grills, laughter and flavour-packed dishes.

On the teppan, tender chicken, sirloin steak with mushrooms and filet mignon meet the heat of the plate - finished with ginger dressing, hibachi vegetables and rice, or paired in combinations with juicy prawns. Guests can also opt for Japanese A5 wagyu or lobster for an extra touch of indulgence.

For something lighter, there's prawn tempura and chicken gyoza, alongside pristine sashimi featuring tuna, salmon and sea bass, plus firm favourites like classic maki rolls and neat two-piece nigiri. Round off the experience with mochi ice cream or a scoop of something subtly sweet.

Gather your crew, settle in, and let the chefs set the stage!
