Dorothy and Marshall offer a welcoming atmosphere in the historical Old Town Hall in the heart of Bromley, with its soaring ceilings setting the scene for both special occasions and casual dining.

The restaurant emphasises a relaxed ambience conducive to enjoying British classics prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Patrons can enjoy a range from lunch to dinner, with a space flexible enough to host festive parties and milestone celebrations.

Whether you’re settling in for a family feast or planning a night out with friends, Dorothy and Marshall have everything you need for a memorable get-together. Their small plates include Gressingham duck terrine, pickled mushrooms, onion jam, and sourdough, or D&M cured salmon with blini, avruga caviar, and lemon crème fraiche.

The main dishes include firm favourites like the Hereford sirloin steak, fries, mixed side salad, and horseradish bearnaise alongside the mushroom ravioli, mushroom and leek fricassee, shallots, and sourdough crumb. For the perfect finish to your meal, order the sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, or clotted cream ice cream. For something a little less sweet, the British and Irish cheeses, sourdough crackers, grapes, and chutney are a must!

Dorothy and Marshall believe eating and drinking in good company is one of life's greatest pleasures. To set the scene for truly memorable meals, they look after you without fuss. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service every time. Each plate that leaves the kitchen is skillfully prepared by their small kitchen team and is served by people who work hard to create the best possible dining experience.

This spectacular restaurant is named in honour of the beloved children of Thomas Dewey, the Charter Mayor of Bromley who laid the Old Town Hall's foundation stone in 1906. This local landmark reopened its doors to the Bromley community in 2022 after a major renovation.
