Just a stone’s throw from South Wimbledon station, Salvo’s Ristorante & Pizzeria offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a dedication to authenticity, the restaurant takes pride in using time-honoured recipes passed down through generations, ensuring a true taste of Italy in every dish.

The menu showcases a selection of Italian classics. Each dish reflects the rich culinary traditions of Italy, from comforting homemade pasta to expertly prepared seafood and grilled specialities.

Inspired by regional flavours from across the country, guests can savour time-honoured pasta dishes including the slow-cooked bolognese, served with ribbons of tagliatelle, or the classic carbonara which combines pancetta, egg, and parmesan. Meat dishes range from rustic favourites to more refined choices, including the pollo boscaiola (tender chicken breast in a wild mushroom sauce), and the filetto alla griglia (perfectly grilled fillet steak) accompanied by a homemade béarnaise sauce.

Seafood lovers will enjoy dishes like the Siciliana, a vibrant pasta creation featuring swordfish, capers, chilli, and a rich tomato sauce. For a lighter option, the salmon fillet is cooked Provençal-style and served alongside delicate vegetable tagliatelle. Crisp salads grace the menu, from the classic Caesar to the elegant Insalata Caprese with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Dining at Salvo’s is more than just a meal, it is an experience steeped in tradition, hospitality, and a genuine passion for Italian culture. The welcoming team ensures every guest feels like part of the family, offering warm smiles, lively conversation, and attentive service. With its inviting ambiance and dedication to quality, Salvo’s Ristorante & Pizzeria brings the heart of Italy to South Wimbledon.
