In Wimbledon, South West London, Last Bite keeps its promise in the name: a tight, craveable line-up built around the pure satisfaction of smashed patties, golden fries and thick shakes. Designed primarily for takeaway and enjoying at home, there is limited seating available at the front of the restaurant for those who want to eat in.

The focus is flavour first and straight to the point, with beef seared and stacked, sharp pickles and diced onions for crunch, and a signature Last Bite sauce bringing everything together. The headline act is the Last Bite Burger, two smashed beef patties layered with molten cheese, tangy pickles and plenty of juiciness. The Onion Burger leans into its namesake, pressing thinly sliced onions into the beef as it cooks for a sweet, savoury bite and a proper hit of char.

On the side, rosemary salted fries deliver herb-flecked crunch, while hot fries turn up the heat with Last Bite sauce and homemade chilli sauce. There is extra comfort in the form of crispy chicken tenders and chicken flat wings, while homemade milkshakes provide a sweet finish with flavours including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee, peanut butter, banana and Biscoff.

To drink, expect Karma soft drinks ranging from cola to Gingerella, alongside refreshing Lipton Ice Tea in lemon and peach. Simple, satisfying and packed with flavour, Last Bite is the kind of place that delivers exactly what it promises, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite on the go or taking it home to enjoy.
