When you think about it, it's incredible what the humble grape can produce and it's this eatery's mission to put lesser-known wines on the map. And they're never tastier when drank alongside some tasty European plates!

Over in Battersea, things are seductive and moody... like so many of their wines. It's where grunge meets sophistication with communal picnic benches, worn wooden tables and industrial lighting that affords the whole place a soft glow and countless cosy corners. Be it a wine adventure with the gang or a date night with that special someone, The Humble Grape has your back.

While you're drinking such remarkable wines, it makes sense to indulge in intricate and artful plates. To start, sample their experimental pairings, like their chilli crab flatbreads or grilled octopus with potatoes and chimichurri. Alternatively, play it safe with some oozing cheese croquettes or a delicate sea bream tartare.

The star of the show in the bigger plates has to be the côte de boeuf that has been dry-aged for an incredible 35 days! For something more low-key, opt for the seabass or artichoke tagliatelle. And we're not going to attempt and describe the wine menu; it's akin to a religious text but mark our words, there's a glass from every corner of the world. In short, there's a humble grape for everyone!
