Filling bellies all over London with hot, comforting ramen, you can find Tonkotsu upstairs in Market Peckham.

After bagging a place in Peckham's iconic Bussey Building, this branch has streamlined its enormous space with all things geometric. Eye-catching tiles complement the optical patterns that adorn their mellow yellow walls and their array of dining styles are set in neat formation. A beautiful interior matched with exceptional food makes this the perfect destination for perfectionists.

At this joint, there’s ramen for days! Choose from three types of homemade ramen, like their signature Tonkotsu ramen or the chilli chicken that packs a miraculous amount of flavour into one bowl. Alternatively, get your comfort-food-fix with a rich katsu curry. Take your pick of chicken, king prawn or the supremely vegetarian courgette, shiitake, and cauliflower curry. Is there anything better on a rainy day? Fortunately in London, we have plenty of those!

Accompany your Japanese feast with a bottle of the good stuff. Their wine list is short but carefully considered, and if you want the true authentic experience, get some Sake! Alternatively, keep it cool with a Kirin beer or a cocktail.
