The menu is heavily influenced by the owner, Mr Kawa, who hails from a long line of sushi experts in Aichi, Japan; a region renowned for its mackerel and squid. Start your feast with the salmon tartare in yuzu miso and spring onions, or opt for the chicken gyoza, perfectly crisp on the bottom. For those craving vegetables, the miso-glazed aubergine (nasu dengaku) is a rich, flavourful standout.
