Located in vibrant Bermondsey Street, The Garrison has been a culinary beacon since two thousand and three. It's a place where excellence is paramount, served with a dash of their signature wit.

Patrons are welcomed to a tempting array of innovative dishes that seamlessly blend traditional British roots with modern culinary flair. The menu offers tantalising starters such as homemade focaccia adorned with arbequina olives, or piquant wild mushroom arancini complemented by a parmesan emulsion, captivating food enthusiasts. Their soup course features an earthy cep and celeriac duo, while the pickled mackerel pairs unorthodox companions – blood orange and crème fraîche. For meat lovers, the Hereford beef tartare takes centre stage, served with a delicate quail's egg and classic trimmings, showcasing the freshest local produce.

Each main course dish is a culinary masterpiece. From the sumptuous wild mushroom paired with spelt, celeriac, goat's curd and artichoke, to the ethically sourced butcher's rack of lamb accompanied by butterbeans, The Garrison skilfully orchestrates bold flavours into a tantalising symphony. Amidst this culinary excellence, they carve a niche with a dedicated cheese course featuring creamy burrata and a sprinkle of almonds, providing a delightful finale to every dining experience.
