The Jones Family Project welcomes you in with friendly arms. Let the good times roll!

It's a stone's throw from Old Street, Liverpool Street and the Shoreditch Overground and the perfect example of chic-meets-casual. The dining area features glistening glass walls which makes the whole place feel super spacious and the seating consists of comfy, colourful armchairs. It's the perfect place for a chilled dinner or something more intimate.

Whet the appetite with a small portion of lamb ribs or their tasteful smoked aubergine tostada. You'll now be ready to tackle a steak, be it rib-eye, fillet or sirloin. Their confit duck is served on a delicious bed of sweetcorn and cavolo nero, while the catch of the day is wonderfully fresh and will keep you on your toes! For something lighter, consider the garden salad; a gorgeous mix of beetroot hummus, seasonal veg and pulses.

And with an extensive list of signature cocktails including a Lavender Mojito and a Green Chilli Smile (only for the brave), you'll leave with a new favourite something!

The experience we had at the Jones Family was absolutely brilliant. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was amazing. My friend and I both agreed that this was probably the best steak we have eaten! Also the tartar was delicious, different and refreshing. The brownie was a little bit dry, but still very tasty. All this was accompanied by great cocktails, you cannot stay at just one! Lovely experience, we will be definitely back.

The first thing I noted was that their meat was supplied by The Ginger Pig. Being a meat lover, naturally I had to try it. I know a steak is good when I don't need to add any salt or sauce... and this beaut met the brief perfectly.
It was tender and tasty! I loved every bite and I am looking forward to going there soon again. Definitely up there with one of the better steaks in London.

We had a lovely evening at The Jones Family Project. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and checking several things with the kitchen for us. They even had a full coeliac menu for me, which was really ideal!
The food was delicious; we both ordered the steak (which was cooked perfectly medium rare), the potato dauphinois, which were melt in your mouth good, and some wilted greens with a wasabi dressing. The choice of sauces were classic and delicious also.
The atmosphere was relaxed and dimly lit. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent meal and experience. Friendly welcome and wonderfully attentive staff. Our waitress, Anubis, was cheerful and informative and the quality of the food throughout was superb.

Although the menu is designed for meat lovers there are still plenty of delicious alternatives. Loved the aubergine tostadas and the jerk tofu and the Halibut was perfectly cooked, but the stand out dishes for us were the lamb ribs and the Chateaubriand.

Highly recommended!

The food was delicious- one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time!
The service made our evening; unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who looked after us, but she was great at recommending wine and suggested we tried the chateaubriand rather than ordering 2 fillets, which was a great decision.
Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

Went for date night at the weekend, had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My steak cut like butter and was absolutely delicious!
Only disappointing aspect were the cocktails but they did have a big wine list!
Would definitely recommend going for a romantic evening.

Delicious food, great ambience and friendly staff. The restaurant is downstairs in the basement, and the layout there was really well thought out - comfy seating and mood lighting. We had the spicy chicken and the cauliflower, which were both really tasty, along with a side dish of truffle dauphinoise (a must) and the tomatoes.

We did have to wait a long while for our plates to be cleared between courses but we didn't mind. The staff had said we had to give up our table by 8pm (arrived at 6pm) but we ended up staying until gone 9 with no issue.

Overall, great dining experience - we'll be back.
