Franco Manca Islington brings Italian flavour to North London, with sourdough pizza taking centre stage. The menu is simple and ingredient-led, letting classic combinations shine in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Start with a spritz or homemade organic lemonade, alongside mixed olives or crisp taralli. Sharing comes naturally with antipasti of grilled vegetables and ripe tomatoes, or charcuterie with Italian meats and creamy buffalo mozzarella.

Pizzas follow, from a pared-back marinara to a timeless margherita, while breads and bites—from garlicky crusts to artichoke and truffle fondue—keep the table sociable. Salads and a touch of pesto or Scotch bonnet chilli add brightness.

Desserts include gelato or silky cheesecake, best enjoyed with Italian wines or classic cocktails. With plant-based and gluten-free options, it is a place for everyone to pull up a chair, savour honest flavours and let the sourdough speak for itself.
