In North West London, Cuore Di Napoli channels the soul of Naples into every hand-crafted pizza. Rooted in time-honoured techniques and an insistence on simple, high-quality ingredients, it keeps things honest and delicious, letting dough, tomato and cheese do the talking.

On the plate, classics and bolder flavours share the stage: a Margherita layered with Fior di latte mozzarella, parmesan and basil speaks of purity, while the Diavola, with spicy ventricina salami and 'nduja, brings a lick of heat. To start, think truffle burrata glossed with balsamic and truffle oil or warm garlic bread; for lighter nibbling, Nocellara olives and San Carlo cacio e pepe crisps keep things happily casual. Little pots of smoky garlic mayo and truffle mayo add a final flourish.

The room is warm and welcoming, a relaxed, friendly hub where families, friends and solo diners feel at home. It is the sort of neighbourhood spot made for easy conversation and unhurried meals, with the focus firmly on good ingredients treated with respect.

Book a table, bring an appetite, and let Cuore Di Napoli win hearts the Neapolitan way, slice by slice. After all, when the heart calls, it calls for pizza.
