Jamon Jamon Belsize brings a sun‑kissed slice of Spain to North West London, channelling the easy cadence of tapas culture into an inviting neighbourhood address. It is the kind of place where time stretches and plates arrive in waves, encouraging conversation as much as appetite.

The kitchen leans into Iberian comfort with confidence. Think crisp‑edged Patatas Bravas and a plush Tortilla Española, the homely duo offset by croquetas de Jamón with silken béchamel and slow‑cooked depth from Carrillera Ibérica. From the sea, Gambas al Ajillo arrive sizzling while Pulpo a la Plancha keeps things beautifully pared back. When the craving calls for centrepiece drama, Paella Pollo y Chorizo delivers smoky richness and Paella Marinera layers the briny sweetness of the coast. There is reverence, too, for the classics: Jamon Ibérico carved with care, nutty Queso Manchego, briny Olivas and warm Pan de Ajo, with salads like Tricolor and Ensalada de Queso de Cabra offering a fresh lift.

The mood is relaxed and sociable, all about sharing plates, unhurried moments and that convivial rhythm tapas was made for. It feels equally suited to a lingering lunch as it does a spirited supper.

Settle in, pass a fork, and let the conversation travel. Book a table, follow your appetite from plate to paella, and say hola to a very good time.
