Cuisine: A La Carte, Multi-cuisine, Vegan
Price Point: Mains from £20-£40

Nestled in the bustling streets of Soho lies a hidden world of delight, providing a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Behind every door is a new world waiting to be discovered. Whether you choose to recline in their swanky bar, complete with a mindboggling glitter ball or their more edgy space with magnificent lights and a dining table for as long as the eye can see, you’ll have something to write home about.

And the food is just as mesmerising. Get lost in their Hungarian Langos, accompanied by smoked applewood cheese and citrus or their incredible vegan rice and bean burger. If vegan ain’t your vibe, go for the classic W burger or their zingy tofu, fermented cabbage and octopus tempura salad.

Make the evening go with a bit of pop! There are numerous champagnes to choose from, as well as some expertly mixed (and insta-worthy) cocktails that could double as pudding. Let Them Eat Cake is one such cocktail; need we say more?

The food was a bit strange . It all sounded great on paper but the food did not match our expectations .The semi frozen chicken liver starter with cereals out of a cornflakes box sounded adventurous but it just didnt work and also the oxtail soup left us uninspired . The two mains were better and the desserts alright . All in all, it was a bit presumptuous and not tasty enough.

The service was great - our waiter was very attentive and just lovely - it was my partner's birthday and we were given a lovely birthday cake and 3 small cocktails for no additional costs -
Very caring!

Situated on the first floor of the W hotel right on the corner of Leicester Square, we had high hopes for this interesting looking 5 course menu designed by Ben Murphy.

The beetroot and oxtail served in a broth was probably the highlight of the night for me. A very small serving but lovely flavour & texture combinations.

The Venison and parsnip purée, again a tiny serving, was very nice - especially the creaminess of the purée - though it was literally a teaspoon serving.

The rest of the courses were well presented and fun - the second course came with a side serving of granola in a small cereal box - unfortunately they all lacked in depth of flavour & the liver was still frozen.

We were served by several staff some who were attentive and friendly but others who really lacked customer service skills.

It's all about visuals with this place and quality. Highly recommended if you want to be looked after by professionals and enjoy a good meal. Lovely bar area as well as they sometime have a DJ in the evenings.

Excellent service and great thai beer. OK food.

Starters(Positive):

Summer rolls - good starter, nothing outstanding but felt healthy and tasty.

Cauliflower popcorn - interesting combo, was pretty good. Enjoyed it.

Mains(Negative):

Fried tofu with rice - OK, but couldn’t finish it because of oil - started to feel sick.

Gnocci - simply not tasty, so oily that maid them uneatable. Literally pieces flowing in the bowl of oil.

Verdict: I recommend visiting the restaurant and ordering 3-4 starters(for two), with 1-2 drinks. Keep in mind that a glass of wine costs there 8£, a bottle of beer 6£.

The service was excellent. They have a vegan menu at present which we hadn't realised, the starters were good but the mains weren't the best.

Vibrant ambience which matched clientele and added to the casual, non-stuffy, fine-dining experience. We could not decide between such interesting, vegan dishes and were all very hungry - so we tried all five starters, five mains and three desserts. We were very glad we did as everything was equally delicious, each very different. The food was outstanding even for the two confirmed meat eaters! One member of staff enthusiastically described the chef’s concept of vegan food to us. We would all like to return.
