Afghan Eats brings a rich, inviting rhythm to Brick Lane, where Afghan tradition meets a contemporary culinary spirit.

Grounded in sustainability and genuine hospitality, the kitchen leans into fresh, local ingredients and lets them sing, dish after dish. It's a place that celebrates cultural diversity and community, turning mealtimes into shared moments in the city’s lively heart.

Smoke and spice set the tempo. From the charcoal grill come special lamb chops and chicken kebab tikka with that irresistible lick of fire, whilst wraps promise handheld comfort, whether stuffed with chicken or falafel. Bowls of creamy hummus and cool mast-o-khiar open the door with generosity - grilled halloumi adds a pleasingly salty counterpoint.

Fresh from the oven, naan arrives hot and pillowy, Afghani plain or brushed with butter, ideal for scooping up Kabuli pulao or a spicy chicken biryani. Afghan mantu and ashak nod to treasured family recipes, and fuller appetites find solace in boneless lamb karahi and boneless chicken deghi.

The mood is unhurried, perfect for sharing plates and stories. Sip an Afghani dough for something savoury and refreshing, or keep it bright with non-alcoholic mojitos as the evening unwinds. Gather your favourites, pull up a chair, and let Afghan Eats show Brick Lane at its most welcoming - one warm naan at a time!
