The cooking leans into a sun-seeking Australian spirit with global accents. There is flatbread dusted with pepperberry salt, whipped Greek yogurt lifted by apricot harissa. Plates move from our sweet & sour calamari and BBQ prawns served with feta and watermelon for a burst of flavour.
