Setlist at Somerset House serves a rotating menu, so dishes change, but there are some clear themes in what’s on offer. Expect small plates like flatbreads with ricotta and chilli oil, cured fish with citrus, and seasonal salads with herbs and sharp dressings.

There are usually a few richer, standout dishes such as fried chicken with pickles, slow cooked meats, and grilled vegetables with bold sauces. You may also find rice or grain dishes layered with spices and textures, alongside creative vegetarian plates that feel just as central as the meat options.

Desserts tend to be simple but playful, like soft serve with changing toppings or chocolate based puddings. The overall menu is varied, designed for sharing, and changes depending on the chefs involved.
