In the heart of Central London, Aqua Nueva celebrates the vibrant spirit of Spain, where the essence of tapas and sharing thrives in flavour-filled festivity.

Enter this Spanish haven and feel the embrace of its chic interior that tips its hat to Spain's rich heritage. The atmosphere is alive with the energy of London's cosmopolitan crowd, while the intimate lighting and stylish decor whisk you off to the zest of a Madrid night.

Your taste adventure starts with rustic tomato bread, the backdrop for a vibrant selection of tapas. Let the smokey allure of Iberico ham or the bold, briny kick of cured sardines enchant you. Those in search of a fuller experience will find the platters irresistible. Relish in the extremadura pork tenderloin with a green pepper cream, or explore the wild mushrooms “guisao,” capturing the forest floor's earthy tones. Paella is the showstopper, celebrating the bounty of land and sea, melded into saffron-scented excellence.

And for the finale? A digestif from the expertly picked bottle menu or a sweet wine echoing Spanish vineyards. Whether you’re toasting with sherry or enjoying a hearty sip of something spirited, Aqua Nueva immerses you in the art of living beautifully, all with a hint of London’s unique beat.
