Welcome to Island: Where Land Meets Sea

Island is a celebration of land and sea, a surf and turf experience by Chef Tom Brown & Chef Brad Carter.

Inspired by the rugged beauty of our small islands and the bounty it provides, rooted in our chefs’ travels together and a passion for British produce, we showcase the finest organic meats, wild fish, and seasonal ingredients from the shores and pastures of the UK & beyond. Our approach is simple: exceptional ingredients, bold flavours, in relaxed but refined atmosphere.

Island offers an escape – an oasis above the bustling space below. Set in the Chandelier Room at Mare Street Market, two Michelin starred chefs, Tom Brown and Brad Carter come together to ultimate creativity.
