** The Laughing Yak is a residency inside The Enterprise Pub in Holborn (please note this is a dining experience within a pub environment)**

A grand Victorian pub that has been restored to its former brilliance, The Enterprise has to be one of the most revered pubs in Holborn. Now, its latest collaboration with tapa restaurant Fu:Dizm has placed it well and truly in the modern dining scene.

Walk into The Enterprise and you will feel like you're stepping back in time. Lovingly restored with all its original features looking better than ever, its wood-heavy interior speaks of its intriguing history, as do the glossy leather booths, the solid-wood bar and the antique lanterns that give afford the place a soft and cosy glow. That's not to say that The Enterprise isn't in the 21st Century. With HD sports screens, touches of contemporary interior design and a very artsy beer garden, it caters to our modern lifestyles whilst also tickling our soft spot for all things old and traditional.

Undoubtedly one of the best Nepalese kitchens in London, The Laughing Yak is utilising recipes passed down for generations to create a dining experience unlike any other.

Now, if you're not familiar with Nepalese cuisine, allow us to introduce you thukpa, a traditional warming noodle broth with your choice of protein, be that pokhara chicken or fermented lentils. Then we have chatamari, the Nepalese answer to a pizza, that tops lentil and rice pancakes with tomato chutney, mozzarella and a range of toppings that include a plantain curry and braised pork.

But no Nepalese menu is complete without momos. These steamed dumplings provide sustenance in the alpine country and are stuffed with anything from buffalo, chilli lamb or fermented aubergine. End on a sweet note with a masala chai and see if you can't conquer that next summit
