Set within The Light in the heart of Leeds city centre, Zizzi brings a lively taste of Italy to one of the city’s busiest spots. Warm, cosy and inviting, it’s perfectly placed for a quick bite between shops, a pre-show meal or a relaxed dinner after an afternoon at the cinema or Junkyard Golf. With Vue Cinema Leeds and The Grand Theatre and Opera House just moments away, there’s always a reason to pull up a chair.

Start with aperitivo-style favourites, from crisp pasta crisps dusted with smoked paprika and served with a punchy Calabrese dip to bowls of Nocellara and Kalamata olives. Generous sharing boards and rosemary-scented garlic bread keep things sociable, making it easy to settle in and graze together.

When it’s time for the main event, hand-stretched Rustica pizzas range from the classic Margherita to spicy pepperoni Campagna. Folded calzones come packed with seasoned Italian meats or chicken and spinach, while pasta lovers can tuck into rich truffle carbonara and seafood vongole. Comforting signatures like funghi risotto and hot honey-glazed duck bring plenty of variety to the table, alongside a wide selection of vegan, vegetarian and non-gluten choices. To finish, warm gooey chocolate chip cookie dough or an indulgent salted caramel chocolate brownie makes the perfect sweet finale.

Whether you’re gathering friends before a show, taking a break from shopping or simply craving a relaxed Italian meal in the city centre, Zizzi Leeds The Light is ready to welcome you. Come hungry, share a few plates and make an evening of it, one delicious bite at a time.
