Neon Cactus is Leeds’ neon-soaked playground for those who like their nights loud, messy, and unforgettable.

A mash-up of Mexican street style and dive bar energy, it’s a place where the tequila flows, the beats are heavy, and the walls glow with colour.

The food is a fiesta of flavour, built for sharing, snacking, and late-night indulgence. Kick things off with tortilla chips and guac, queso fundido with molten cheese and jalapeños, or mushroom Quesadillas with that perfect cheese pull. Nachos are loaded sky-high, with nacho cheese & beef chilli with guac and sour cream.

Tacos steal the spotlight: al pastor pork with pineapple pico, beef shin birria with crispy cheese, Cajun shrimp with chipotle mayo, or Nashville-hot chicken with spicy ranch and pickles. Burritos come stuffed with Mexican verde rice, slaw, and beans, think Guinness pulled pork or spiced butternut squash for the perfect bite.

Add buckets of fried chicken wings in flavours like mango habanero or buffalo, then finish sweet with cinnamon-sugar churros and dulce de leche. At Neon Cactus, the food is as bold and unforgettable as the night.
