Our kitchen is led by a passionate team of chefs flown in directly from South India, each bringing with them generations of culinary wisdom and regional expertise. Their deep-rooted knowledge of coastal traditions ensures that every plate served is an authentic reflection of India’s southern seaboard, infused with heritage, soul, and bold, unforgettable flavour.

Start your voyage with small plates like the Soft Shell Crab Porichathu, delicately spiced and crisp-fried, or the deeply satisfying Beef Uppu Kari.
