For mains, signature plates such as the rich and comforting lamb roganjosh shepherd’s pie or the succulent tandoori scottish venison rump showcase the kitchen’s flair for innovation. The biryani selection is equally irresistible, with highlights like the fragrant lucknowi chicken biryani, slow-cooked to perfection and bursting with aromatic spices.
