O Sole Mio

O Sole Mio has been part of Glasgow’s dining landscape for more than 61 years, a name synonymous with classic Italian cooking in the heart of the city centre.

With its reopening at 22 Bath Street, O Sole Mio is just a short stroll from where it all began and has since been carrying forward the same spirit beloved by its diners.

The signature calling card remains: hand-stretched pizzas, shaped with care by an expert pizza chef. Whether it's a classic napoletana with anchovies and black olives or a slice that redefines your traditional pie like the Sophia Loren featuring a fried egg and asparagus.

The rest of the menu leans into comforting, time-honoured flavours made from fresh ingredients. Think bowls of minestrone casalingo with chunky vegetables and house focaccia, or Shetland mussels served as cozze marinara with tomato and chilli, or cozze crema with white wine, cream and parsley.
