Delizioso brings a contemporary Italian spirit to East Street in the heart of Brighton, where authenticity meets relaxed charm. Quality ingredients and plenty of regional flavour set the tone for a menu that celebrates Italy’s beloved staples without fuss or frills.

Fresh pasta takes centre stage here, with Bolognese and carbonara speaking to pure comfort. Stone-baked favourites keep up the pace too, from Margherita to diavola, joined by generously folded calzones.

Seafood has its moment too in garlicky gamberoni and a tender filetto di spigola, while the carne leans traditional with pollo arrosto and lamb shank. Everything rounds off, of course, with timeless Italian desserts.

Beyond the plate, the mood is warm and relaxed, the sort of place that suits an unhurried lunch as readily as a lingering dinner. The buzz of East Street hums outside, while inside the focus is simply good food, shared in good company.

Reserve a spot, bring an appetite, and let Delizioso live up to its name - because a little la dolce vita goes a long way.
