In the heart of Birmingham City Centre, Mellow's Bar & Restaurant brings the sun-warmed soul of the Caribbean to life, with freshness at its core.

At the pass stands chef Mellow, an award-winning talent with over 25 years of culinary craft, mentor to many and a figure whose cooking has attracted stars such as Drake and Chris Brown. His influence is felt on the plate and in the community alike.

From the kitchen, island flavours shine with confidence and care: smoke and spice in jerk chicken, slow-braised comfort in curry goat, and bright heat in jerk jackfruit or butterbean and spinach curry.

There's playful crossover too, from jerk chicken pasta to sweet chilli prawn pasta, while classics like apple crumble and a chocolate brownie bring a homely finish. On Sundays, the roast takes a Caribbean turn, guided by a commitment to quality ingredients, prepared daily.

Over at the bar, the mood turns golden-hour and easy. Glasses clink with refreshing Sunrise Beach and Cucumber Crush mocktails, or fruit-packed homemade lemonades. The room's vibrant yet intimate, with small-group dining that keeps conversations close and the atmosphere cosy and exclusive.

For a genuine taste of Caribbean warmth, make a date with Mellow's Bar & Restaurant and let the good times simmer. Vibrant flavours, lively rhythms, and a mellow state of mind await!
