Hotel du Vin and Bistro Birmingham is nestled on Church Street, just off Colmore Row in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre. Once an eye hospital, the hotel boasts a picture-perfect façade and is a wonderful place to begin exploring the city.

The menu is inspired by French home-style cooking, with robust, earthy dishes and slow-cooked classics. From a rich French onion soup to a refined à la carte selection, the kitchen prides itself on perfectly executed dishes with natural depth of flavour.

Prefer to nibble? Choose from a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres and cheese boards. There are also pastries and desserts, such as the classic Paris-Brest, which pair beautifully with a smooth glass of dessert wine.

Stunning architecture, Birmingham’s only open-air rooftop bubble spa, and deluxe rooms with roll-top baths and monsoon showers all await. The cocktail bar, with its chic French bistro atmosphere, is perfect for a stylish tipple or two.

Fun fact: Hidden beneath the eye-catching ‘sinking ship’ is the Schmose Cellar, ideal for private dining and events for up to 22 guests.
