In keeping with the restaurant’s luxurious feel, Chef Glynn Purnell has created a selection of tapas-style dishes that are as delicious as they are visually stunning. The menu is divided into four sections. First, the finger foods (pinxtos) designed to kick things off and get the conversation flowing: whipped goat’s cheese with serrano ham, mozzarella croquettes, olives and artichokes. Finally, the pescado y marisco (fish and seafood) with standout dishes such as king prawns in paprika butter and red wine-braised octopus.
