A journey of flavour that will take you through India's vast metropolises, its hidden valleys and towering peaks, Asha's takes pride and place in the capital of Indian cuisine in the UK.

And it's not just their food that's out to impress. The dining room is evocative and seductive, setting illustrious tables under the glitz and glamour of crystal chandeliers, the sweeping dining rooms taking every diner on a glossy journey of luxury. Many dining styles await, as does a shimming bar that sits across a pool of perfectly polished tiles. Ample space affords Asha's a sense of anything being possible, of lands unknown and of new experiences waiting to be discovered.

The menu stretches far beyond the usual accomplices found on an Indian menu. First up are the vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs that are stuffed with anything from chicken malia, tandoori lamb, marinated salmon and palak dal. Perfect for sharing as an appetiser, these hand-held eats will get your tastebuds singing before the main course.

Asha's has made a name for itself in the UK for its divine curries. This is the home of the coriander chicken, the nally gosht with tender lamb shank, prawn ginger bhuna and the exclusive lobster panchphoran. Vegetarians are also invited to feast on classics like aloo matar, vegetable jhalfrezi or the hare baingan ka bartha. This is an exceptional dish particular to Asha's which features squidgy eggplant, tons of fragrant coriander and all in a creamy butter sauce. For Indian food that is as unpredictable as it is unforgettable, it has to be Asha's.
