Tequilas at the ready for the hottest Mexican restaurant in town! That's right, La Taqueria is open for business!

They're all the rage in Dublin and beyond - and it's not hard to see why. The ultimate hangout for anyone looking for a lively supper in a jovial atmosphere, La Taqueria makes everyone feel like a long-lost amigo. In Castle Street, they're keeping things light and bubbly with showstopping wall art that wouldn't be out of place in Mexico City and heaps of colour that pops out at you from every corner. It's cool, funky and fun. Exactly the vibe you want when you've ordered your first Margarita.

More importantly, what's your vibe for dinner? We hope you're in the mood for tacos! With all kinds of delicious fillings like crispy pork belly with crunchy red cabbage, shredded chicken with plenty of garlic cream and battered Baja-style fish with fragrant coriander, dinner is kind of a no-brainer. And if you're not eating meat, how about a sumptuous filling of fire-roasted peppers smothered with an onion sauce? Let's just say the napkin box will be running empty by the end of the evening.

Next, make it a real feast with a side of patpitas fritas, perfect for dipping in some chipotle mayo. Alternatively, there's black bean mash to get stuck into! Then, Margaritas at the ready for a final round of liquid fun before you inevitably make another appearance at La Taqueria next week.
