The Mint Room offers a blend of traditional Indian flavours with British ingredients and modern gastronomic techniques.

Since opening its doors, the restaurant has earned a loyal following for vibrant, innovative dishes that celebrate heritage cuisine with a contemporary twist.

An exciting meal begins with starters like the Bombay tali machli, a crispy fried tilapia seasoned with Marathi Goda spices. Vegetarian selections are beautifully represented too, featuring options such as the onion bhaji, a deep-fried onion and spinach fritter paired with tangy tamarind sauce.

Moving to the mains, guests can enjoy bold, aromatic plates like the Malabari ghee roast chicken, cooked with South Indian spices, ginger and green chillies for just the right amount of heat.

Equally compelling is the nalli gosht, a Welsh lamb shank slow-cooked with Lucknowi nihari spices and caramelised onion for a rich, comforting depth.

The elegant interior and polished service elevate every visit, whether it's a romantic dinner or a celebratory gathering. With a focus on quality, creativity and consistency, it’s a dining destination that lives up to its name!
