In the heart of Bath City Centre, Sarthi Authentic Indian Bath brings the gentle cadence of Gujarat to the city.

Taking its name from “sarthi”, a companion and guide, the restaurant follows traditions where spices speak, and meals are prepared with devotion. Compassion meets craft in a menu that is entirely vegan and pure vegetarian, free from egg and fish, and faithful to India’s cultural values.

Flavours are layered rather than loud: the crackle of onion bhaji and a tender samosa might lead to the herb-bright hariali paneer tikka or the regal nawabi stuffed soya chaap from the tandoor. Silky butter masala and homely saag paneer offer familiar comfort, while pani puri and dahi puri bring a playful crunch.

Sarthi is a mindful kind of dining: nourishing, considerate and rooted in heritage. Fragrant saffron pulav or warm butter naan pairs perfectly with any of the hearty dishes they offer.

It is a place to savour, share and feel restored, as time-honoured traditions meet the present table. Take a seat, follow the spice trail, and let your sarthi guide you to a delicious destination.
