In the heart of Bath City Centre, Edesia takes its name from the Roman goddess of feasts and channels South American traditions.

The kitchen leans into smoke and bright citrus, pairing flame, char and zest with fine local produce. Expect bold, convivial cooking where comfort meets celebration. The mood is lively and generous, designed for togetherness; a place where plates are passed, stories shared and every visit feels like a small festival.

Begin with grilled and battered chilli peppers to wake the palate, then tear into Edesia empanadas or mini papa rellenas, crisp-shelled and generously filled. A seafood paella nods to coastal abundance, while mains turn to depth and warmth: spiced citrus lamb shank, or an Edesia smash burger with a proper sear.

Sides keep the tempo: truffle and parmesan fries, charred tender stem broccoli and salads threaded with charred corn and couscous. Churros and a sweep of salted caramel cheesecake bring a sweet finale, followed by sweet and port wines or a comforting liqueur coffee.

Gather your favourites, take a seat and let Edesia turn supper into a celebration. Come hungry, leave happily ever after.
