Dim t brings a confident sweep of pan-Asian delicacies to the heart of Winchester.

The infusion of flavours in Thai cuisine, the balance of heat in the Korean dishes and the Chinese comfort classics are woven into one cohesive and contemporary menu. It is a place where the sizzle wok complements the dramatic steam from the dim sum basket, tempting diners to graze and sample.

Small eats like Thai prawn crackers whet the appetite whilst duck spring rolls continue the delightful crunch. Soft, pillowy bao buns arrive brimming with Korean chicken or crispy duck, while handmade dim sum keeps the bamboo towering with delicious curiosity.
From prawn to meat, the dim sum is handcrafted to perfection. BBQ roasted pork ramen produces a deep umami comfort broth, and tom yum soup packs a fragrant citrus and chilli bite.

Larger plates such as Thai cashew stir-fry, Korean fried chicken, and curries from panang to Thai green are designed as single dishes or even better to share. Noodles and rice classics such as phad Thai and bibimbap complete the wide selection, along with a variety of salads and great sides such as coconut rice and pak choi. For a sweet finale, fried ice cream brings a hot/cold surprise while a broad drinks list with an array of cocktails, great sake and harmonious wines is available to complement any meal.

Follow your cravings and let the chopsticks do the talking. Book a table, and we will make it special.
