Franco Manca has revolutionised the UK’s love affair with Neapolitan pizza. Now, their Piccadilly Gardens hotspot serves it up in all its glory.

Perfectly placed just steps from Piccadilly Gardens and a minute from the Palace Theatre, it’s your go-to for a pre-show feast, a post-theatre indulgence, or a casual catch-up with friends. Whether you’re sharing stories over dinner or just grabbing a quick slice, Franco Manca hits the spot every single time.

The vibe? Bustling, lively, and brimming with energy. The open kitchen takes centre stage, where skilled pizzaioli handcraft each sourdough sensation right before your eyes – from the first stretch of dough to the final wood-fired flourish.

This is pizza done the right way: a slow-rising sourdough base, fermented for a full 24 hours for that unbeatable chewy texture and irresistibly charred crust. Every bite, from the classic mozzarella and organic tomato to the spicy salami with caramelised onions, strikes the perfect balance of tradition and taste.

Franco Manca also offers antipasti for the table: buffalo mozzarella, grilled artichoke, asparagus, kalamata olives, and semi-dried tomatoes, all served with fresh sourdough bread. Or try their charcuterie board, piled high with classics like prosciutto, salami, rocket, and Franco’s Grana.
