dinner

Welcome to some of the best Mexican food in London. An individual known for her colourful sense of style, Frida's embodies the one and only Frida Kahlo with a joyful outlook that is thoroughly infectious.

You'll spot Frida's larger-than-life personality from across the street, the hand-painted murals promising an evening that is both bohemian and artsy in look and feel. Inside, they've opted for a diner-come-bistro that uses gorgeous old furniture as the centrepieces and brings them into the 21st century with monochrome tiles, a ceiling of fairy lights and rustic-chic accessories.

Tacos, quesadillas, burritos and meaty stews; they're all there! Let's start with the tacos that make for great starters - provided you only eat one, mind. Enjoy yours with king prawns topped with a mountain of slaw, garlicky grilled mushrooms or pulled pork with pickled red onions. Then you'll be in fine fettle for any of Frida's sizzling fajitas.

Either way, you're going to need a healthy appetite! And that's just the half of it - with spicy pulled beef burritos, chicken quesadillas and signature spicy wings on the menu, Frida's asks of you to bring a big heart and an even bigger stomach.
