Hidden away in Elephant Park lies a true taste of North India, where traditional dishes are reimagined and refined for the vibrant, multicultural community of South East London.

Kachori is the vision of Sorowar Khan, the creative force behind Mango, one of London’s most acclaimed Indian restaurants, along with concept creator Humayun Hussain. Drawing inspiration from his homeland, he has carefully sourced spices and culinary techniques from across India, curating a menu that celebrates the diverse flavours of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Punjab. Kachori offers a dining experience reminiscent of a traditional Indian navratan, or nine-gem feast, where each dish tells its own story.

The menu invites guests to savour crisp, golden lentil kachoris, a classic street food snack, alongside modern interpretations of time-honoured favourites. Start off with crispy poppadum served with home-made chutneys or spiced naan chips with a chatpata dip. Then, indulge in the rich and aromatic dilli chicken butter masala, or experience the smoky, spice-laden jodhpuri chicken tikka, both crafted with the finest ingredients and expert precision.

Whether visiting for a relaxing meal or a special occasion, guests can unwind with a carefully curated selection of drinks, including the refreshing and sophisticated virgin Maru, a signature non-alcoholic cocktail. At Kachori, every dish is a tribute to the flavours of North India, brought to life with style and a contemporary twist.
