Indian food in its purest, most authentic, healthiest form, Cilantro prides itself on still delivering the same incredible flavour with a signature twist.

Upon approaching this eatery, Cilantro adopts a sophisticated, tranquil aura. Painted with a striking combination of white and earthy green, it successfully sets the scene for a fresh and vibrant interior. Uncluttered and refreshingly contemporary, Cilantro enjoys a symmetrical harmony made up of clean edges, minimal accessories and everything just so. And thanks to its subdued colour palette of charcoals, greens and creams, it's a perfectionist's dream.

To begin, you absolutely have to try their small plates and grills. From Delhi's famous Cholly Tikka to a Malai chicken tikka, monkfish in a yoghurt sauce and marinated lamb chops, these plates might be small in size, but it's extraordinary how much flavour they pack in.

As for the bigger plates, Cilantro offers its interpretation of much-adored curries. The all-famous butter chicken is alive with flavours thanks to the tomato, butter and cream sauce whilst Welsh lamb is braised in an authentic Rajasthani recipe. What's more, Jerusalem artichoke, edamame beans and parsnip are paired with Himalayan basmati rice and a whole range of spices for a bold and fiery biriyani. Feel free to add on some sides, like a Lasooni palak, Punjabi rajma choley or seasonal vegetables done Kadai style. And with a whole host of different bread and rice at your disposal too, healthy Indian food just got a whole new rep.
