Franco Manca Brixton, home of the very first Franco Manca, brings its celebrated sourdough to South West London, combining simple Italian flavours with warmth and charm. The experience begins with an Aperol Spritz or a chilled No Logo Lager, accompanied by mixed olives and crisp taralli, inviting guests to relax and enjoy a leisurely aperitivo before dinner.

Small plates are fresh and vibrant, from grilled artichoke with butternut squash and Kalamata olives to boards of charcuterie with rocket, Franco’s Grana and creamy buffalo mozzarella. Burrata with seasonal pesto adds a rich, satisfying touch.

The star of the menu is the sourdough pizza, light, chewy and full of flavour. A margherita lets tomato, mozzarella and basil shine, while prosciutto and funghi offer comforting warmth.
