Paladar brings the rhythm and warmth of Latin America to St George's Circus, with a creative, entirely gluten-free menu inspired by the kitchens of Central and South America. It is a place that favours colour, bold flavour and a little theatre, inviting diners to graze, share and linger.

Begin with pa picar: deep-fried hominy corn dusted in house spice and lime, or green plantain crisps with taquero guacamole. From there, the journey moves through la tierra, el mar and la granja - perhaps salmon tiradito glossed with ponzu leche de tigre and citrus mayo, grilled tiger prawns with plantain tostones, Colombian Pacific coast salsa and suero costeño, or a chargrilled Uruguayan rump steak with house chimichurri and criollo corn arepas. Dulces might mean purple corn churros to dip in chocolate and ancho chilli with a ripple of coffee dulce de leche, or a creamy cachaça flan brightened by mango coulis.

A romantic covered and heated conservatory garden sets the scene year-round, while a Chef's Table hosts intimate gatherings. Walls double as an art gallery, showcasing works by emerging Latin American artists. In the glass, an exclusive selection of regional wines and spirits leads the way, with dessert cocktails and well-made coffees to close the night.
