Looking for somewhere in central London with delicious food, free-flowing cocktails and an apparently endless supply of good vibes? Look no further.

Commanding an enviable swathe of Leicester Square, Ruby Blue buzzes from its early evening happy hour until late into the night, when London’s beautiful people meet there to sip champagne and dance.

Start with a white martini on the enormous balcony, possibly watching stars arrive for red carpet premiers in the square below, before heading inside for your own equally glamorous evening.

The moodily-lit dining room, complete with dark wooden floorboards and wine-coloured leather seating, is the perfect place to kick off a birthday party or night out with friends. Opt for mouth-watering small plates such as halloumi and pepper skewers or nachos laden with zingy guacamole, before moving on to comfort classics like paprika steak fajitas.

It was amazing! The food could’ve been better but the prices were decent so can’t complain. We went during happy hour so all drinks were half price. We had an amazing time. Would definitely go back.

One of are party of 4 has IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) and sometimes they ewt something, which makes them ill rite away, they went to be sick, to which security was trying to force them out the venue, according to another friend a manager was trying to keep security at bay. At this point all are food had arrived and the waitress promptly asked us to leave as a member of are party was being sick, no sympathy or compassion but told us to leave to FOOD we still had to pay for and was untouched. I requested if we could have takeaway she said we don't allow food to be taken out, which is ridiculous, I persisted to ask if we could have some tin foil and wrap it up ourselves, which she bluntly said no and asked us to leave.
I have never ever been treated so badly in my life, and as someone myself with invisible illnesses I was completely horrified.
A simple request for tin foil couldn't be met for paying customers???

Ruby Blue totally performed last night!
The location on the first floor overlooking Leicester Square is absolutely fantastic.
We arrived and were invited to go to the bar for happy hour (50% off) and they would hold our first table, the time was no problem. Had a few drinks then went to the restaurant.
All of the staff were so lovely and functioned perfectly!
The 4 of us ordered 3 entrees, 4 mains, and 1 dessert. All of it delicious and prices (even without first table discount) are super reasonable.
We'll be going back for sure!
