Nestled on London’s trendy Brick Lane is Ember, offering delectable British plates for brunch and dinner.
Its interior is as cool as its location. With all the characteristics of a modern bistro, it’s a chilled, understated spot away from the hustle and bustle of one of London’s busiest streets. Choose to park up at one of their comfy booths or perch on a bar stool at their high table.
Hit it up at the best time of day; brunch time. The classics like poached eggs, avo and sourdough are all there as well as some more unique creations like a pea, rocket and potato frittata and a salt beef “bubble and squeak.” Alternatively, satisfy your sweet tooth with some buttermilk pancakes with caramelised banana.
For dinner, they have a number of exquisite small plates. On the seafood team there are crispy cod cheek and whisky cured smoked salmon. The chargrilled quail and spiced lamb chops are fantastic meat options and for vegetarians, a world of delight awaits.
