Stella's Room

Stella’s Room is Muswell Hill’s family‑run gastro‑café, co‑founded by Alex and Aleksandra and named for their daughter. Rustic charm meets modern thinking: abstract canvases colour the walls, mellow jazz and blues drift through the room, and the mood is as relaxed as a Sunday paper. Classic British cooking is treated with care and a few well‑judged twists.

The dining room doubles as a community hub, with padded, sofa‑style seating, intimate lighting and an inviting, lived‑in warmth that encourages lingering. Dogs are welcome, and there is outdoor seating for those North London sunshine moments.

In the kitchen, homemade comfort takes the lead.
