At St Katharine Docks, Banquet 88 brings premium Cantonese dining to the water’s edge.

With calm, scenic views and a thoughtful, communal layout, the restaurant leans into authentic Chinese hospitality: shared dishes, warmth, and time to savour the moment.

At its core, the kitchen champions classic Cantonese techniques and seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Dim sum is the headline act, ranging from delicate prawn and indulgent black truffle dumplings to golden favourites like crispy wontons and Vietnamese spring rolls. Silky cheung fun arrives rolled around succulent prawns or Ibérico pork char siu, while congee comforts with preserved egg and lean pork.

To round off lunch or dinner, sweet dim sum and desserts nod to both tradition and whimsy - pistachio egg tarts and dainty treats served alongside steamed treasures.

Gather your favourites, take a seat by the docks, and let the baskets keep coming. It's smooth sailing for Cantonese cravings.
