Little Fires

Little Fires is a new bar and restaurant in East London inspired by Oaxacan cuisine and Mexican coastal flavours. The menu was developed in collaboration with celebrated Mexican chef Rodolfo Castellanos, winner of Top Chef México, whose modern interpretation of Oaxacan tradition guides their food philosophy.

In the kitchen, his recipes are executed with ambition and care by the chef, bringing authentic flavours to life in London. The menu highlights dishes such as duck tacos dorados with mole, plantain molotes, smoked beef tartare and seafood tostadas, paired with a bar program centred on mezcal-driven cocktails and agave spirits. They are passionate about creating a lively space that blends bold, traditional Oaxacan food with modern London dining culture.
