Little Fires

Little Fires is a new bar and restaurant in East London inspired by Oaxacan cuisine and Mexican coastal flavours.

Developed in collaboration with celebrated Mexican chef Rodolfo Castellanos, winner of Top Chef México, the menu reflects his modern interpretation of Oaxacan tradition, which shapes the restaurant’s food philosophy.

In the kitchen, his recipes are executed with ambition and care by the head chef, bringing authentic flavours to life in London.

To start, there’s smoked beef tartare or crispy chicharrones with guacamole, dishes that set the tone for what follows. The menu continues with highlights such as minilla salmon with smoky Morita chiles, bluefin tuna tostada with creamy avocado, cucumber, radish and red onion, and scallop skewers marinated in costeño chilli adobo.

Little Fires embodies a lively spirit, blending bold Oaxacan traditions with the energy of modern London dining.
