Fusion gastronomy at its finest, FU:DIZM is changing the way we think about food. Where unique and authentic flavours are found around every corner, this is for anyone with a curious palette.

Headed by culinary heavyweight Chef Jon Villar, the menu offers international tastes that are inspired by his highly successful career around the globe. With such talent steering the ship, you can expect perfection at every turn. The beauty of the restaurant is matched by the artistry with which each and every plate is presented. It's a dining experience you're unlikely to forget.

The menu focuses on small plates that are designed to mix and match. Impactful and delicious, the more adventurous you are, the better; every corner of the globe has something to offer. From Thailand is the roasted lamb breast curry, from France and Asia the chicken and foie gras gyozas and from the Med the grilled seabass kofta.

Vegans and vegetarians are also treated to sublime fusion flavours. Creamy goat's cheese is paired with an aromatic mix of rose water, beetroot molasses and shredded filo whilst the mezze board is brimming with aubergine tehina and charred cauliflower hummus. Finally, vegans will find punchy tastes in the wild garlic falafel, smoked jackfruit kofta and miso celeriac. For a sweet ending, plunge into international waters again for European and Indian delights. Where no stone is left unturned, FU:DIZM is Hackney's leading fusion restaurant and deserves a place on your bucket list!
